I found similar fish on SCS by Louy and decided to see what I could come up with. I had so much fun making these. I used a circle punch for the body, and a scallop circle punch for the scales. I had a small flower punch and used that for the lips. I then just cut some triangles for the fins. I used my scalloped edge punch to create some waves, I used three pieces, and layered them. And of course I added a little bow to the girl.

Stamp Pads: Baja Breeze, Versamark
Accessories/Tools: bubble like stickers, scallop circle, scallop edge, circle, and flower puches, glossy emboss powder, ribbon
